What is Swiftime?

Swiftime is an AI-powered time tracking application. Instead of starting timers or filling in timesheets at the end of the day, you describe what you worked on in plain language - "2h client call with Acme on the website revamp" - and Swiftime turns it into a structured time entry with the client, project, duration, and description already filled in. Swiftime runs on the web and on iOS, and you can try it in guest mode without signing up.

How Swiftime works

You log time the way you would describe it to a colleague. Type or speak a short note and the AI parses it into a clean entry - no dropdowns, no timers to remember. Every entry is organized by client and project, and the dashboard shows exactly where your hours go. AI-generated daily summaries give you an end-of-day recap that is ready for billing review, and teams can be invited with access to specific clients and projects.
