  • Payment Information: Processed by Lemon Squeezy; we do not store your payment card details

Information Collected Automatically

  • Usage Data: How you interact with the Service, features used, and actions taken
  • Device Information: Browser type, operating system, and device identifiers
  • Log Data: IP address, access times, and pages viewed

AI Processing

When you use natural language or voice input features, your input is processed by AI services (Google Gemini) to parse time entries. This processing is done in real-time and inputs are not stored by the AI provider beyond the immediate request.

We use collected information to:

  • Provide, maintain, and improve the Service
  • Process your time tracking entries and generate reports
  • Manage your account and provide customer support
  • Process payments through our payment processor
  • Send service-related communications

Your data is stored on secure servers provided by:

  • Neon (PostgreSQL): For time entries, client/project data, and team information
  • Stack Auth: For authentication and user identity
  • Railway: For application hosting

We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (HTTPS) and at rest, access controls, and regular security reviews.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We may share information with:

  • Service Providers: Third parties who assist in operating the Service (hosting, payment processing, analytics)
  • Team Members: If you're part of a team, relevant time tracking data is shared with your team administrator
  • Legal Requirements: When required by law, court order, or governmental authority
  • Business Transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets

Swiftime offers a guest mode that stores data locally in your browser. In guest mode:

  • Data is automatically deleted when you close the browser tab
