All fees paid to Swiftime are non-refundable. This includes:

  • Monthly subscription fees
  • Annual subscription fees
  • Any add-on or premium features

Why We Have This Policy

Swiftime is a digital service that provides immediate access to all features upon subscription. Because you receive instant access to the full product, we are unable to offer refunds once a payment has been processed.

Try Before You Subscribe

We encourage you to fully evaluate Swiftime before subscribing:

  • Guest Mode: Try the core time tracking features without creating an account
  • Free Tier: Create an account and use basic features at no cost
  • Feature Documentation: Review our features and capabilities before upgrading

We recommend using the free options to ensure Swiftime meets your needs before committing to a paid subscription.

Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time:

  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
  • You will retain access to paid features until the end of the period you've paid for
  • No partial refunds are provided for unused time
  • Your account will revert to the free tier after cancellation

Payment Processing

All payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our Merchant of Record. Lemon Squeezy handles:

  • Payment processing and billing
  • Sales tax and VAT collection
  • Invoice generation

For billing inquiries or payment issues, you can access your billing portal through your Swiftime account settings.

Exceptional Circumstances

While our standard policy is no refunds, we may consider exceptions in rare cases such as:

  • Duplicate charges due to technical errors
  • Charges after a cancellation was properly submitted
  • Significant service outages preventing use of paid features

Such cases are evaluated on an individual basis at our sole discretion.
