By accessing or using Swiftime ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Swiftime is an AI-powered time tracking application that allows users to track time spent on projects and tasks through natural language input, voice commands, and manual entry. The Service includes features such as client and project management, team collaboration, and analytics.

3. Account Registration

To access certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete registration information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
  • Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the Service without authorization
  • Use automated systems to access the Service without permission
  • Upload malicious code or content

5. Subscription and Payments

Swiftime offers both free and paid subscription plans. For paid subscriptions:

  • Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our Merchant of Record
  • Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis
  • You authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees due
  • Prices may change with 30 days notice

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Swiftime and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of any data you input into the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process and store your data solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

7. User Content

You are responsible for all content you create, upload, or input into the Service. You agree not to submit content that:

  • Infringes on any third party's intellectual property rights
  • Contains confidential information you're not authorized to share
  • Violates any applicable laws or regulations

8. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.

9. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without liability.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SWIFTTIME SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR $100, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Swiftime and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

13. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these Terms. Upon termination:

  • Your right to use the Service will immediately cease
  • We may delete your account and data after a reasonable period
  • Provisions that by their nature should survive will remain in effect

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or via email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
